El trabajo dom\u00e9stico, pese a su car\u00e1cter especial, <strong>entra dentro del \u00e1mbito laboral y presenta m\u00faltiples riesgos<\/strong> que deben ser identificados, evaluados y corregidos. Aunque no est\u00e9 sujeto a la Ley 31\/1995 de forma directa, el empleador o empleadora en el hogar <strong>s\u00ed tiene la obligaci\u00f3n legal de garantizar la seguridad y salud de la persona contratada<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el <strong>Real Decreto 1620\/2011<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Desde OTP recordamos que, aunque el hogar no sea un centro de trabajo convencional, <strong>los Servicios de Prevenci\u00f3n podemos intervenir t\u00e9cnicamente<\/strong> para reducir riesgos, asesorar y formar en prevenci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, desde mayo de 2025, esta intervenci\u00f3n cobra especial relevancia tras la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto 893\/2024, que establece la obligaci\u00f3n de evaluar los riesgos laborales en el trabajo dom\u00e9stico.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span
