Desde OTP, queremos explicarte de forma clara en qu\u00e9 consiste esta actualizaci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 obligaciones implica para las empresas y titulares de instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c00000\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 ha cambiado en el REBT?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Aunque el reglamento sigue estando aprobado por el Real Decreto 842\/2002, se han introducido modificaciones importantes en 2025, adapt\u00e1ndolo a los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos y reforzando la seguridad. Entre los principales cambios destacan:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c00000\">Protecci\u00f3n obligatoria contra sobretensiones<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">A partir de ahora, todas las nuevas instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas y las reformas importantes deber\u00e1n contar con dispositivos de protecci\u00f3n contra sobretensiones. Esta medida protege los equipos frente a fen\u00f3menos como rayos o picos de tensi\u00f3n, reduciendo el riesgo de da\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c00000\">Actualizaci\u00f3n de requisitos t\u00e9cnicos<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Se han reforzado las medidas de protecci\u00f3n contra contactos el\u00e9ctricos y se han revisado los requisitos para instalaciones de autoconsumo (placas solares) y puntos de recarga para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c00000\">Fomento de la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la digitalizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">El nuevo reglamento impulsa el uso de sistemas inteligentes de gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica en edificios y empresas, aline\u00e1ndose con las estrategias de sostenibilidad y digitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Las nuevas instalaciones deber\u00e1n contar con una documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica m\u00e1s detallada, y ser\u00e1 obligatorio realizar inspecciones y mantenimientos peri\u00f3dicos para garantizar la seguridad y eficiencia del sistema.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#c00000\">\u00bfA qui\u00e9n afecta esta style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Esta modificaci\u00f3n no obliga a realizar cambios en las instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas existentes, salvo en dos supuestos:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Si se realiza una nueva instalaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Si se acomete una ampliaci\u00f3n o reforma importante (es decir, que afecte a m\u00e1s del 50 % de la potencia instalada o implique la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos cuadros el\u00e9ctricos o circuitos completos).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">En resumen:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif\">Si tu empresa no realiza cambios significativos en sus instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas, <strong>no tendr\u00e1s que hacer adaptaciones
